The Doctrines on Diskette (DD) program is nothing short of simple to use.
However, before you can use the program to its full capability there are a
few concepts regarding how I have stored the Bible lessons and their
keywords in the program that need to be explained.
The Doctrines on Diskette (DD) program stores each page of Joe Griffin's
actual Bible class notes on a separate electronic screen. Each volume of
the DD program can contain many lessons over many months of study. Bible
verses contained within each lesson are colored red or blue. Reference
texts from the various books discussed are displayed in green.
In addition to the lesson pages, there is also a lesson outline for all of
the lessons contained on the Doctrines on Diskette (DD) program. This is a
simple way to see the overall structure of the DD volume so you can quickly
jump to a certain section of the volume of lessons.
Each and every Bible verse that is outlined in a lesson is listed in the
Verses section of the Doctrines on Diskette (DD) program. This allows you
to see all of the Bible verses used throughout the entire lesson structure
contained on the DD program.
There is an internal Index contained with each Doctrines on Diskette (DD)
program. The Index is a compilation of every important keywords or phrases
found within a lesson or Bible verse. This huge list of words can be
accessed via the Index tab within the DD program. When you double-click a
word or phrase, the program will quickly take you to the selected lesson or
Bible verse that it is used or show a list of found lessons and/or verses
that you can then choose to display.
In addition, there is also a Glossary section that displays all of the
important terms used in many of the lessons discussed over the years. This
allows you to quickly find a definition for a theological term discussed.
